A graduate of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Florida State University, Josh has a background in economics and project management. While attaining his Master’s Degree, Josh held a temporary appointment as a consultant for The World Bank, and was selected for the United Nation’s prestigious internship program. After graduating, he traveled to Uganda to lead and create a pilot water, sanitation, and hygiene project which resulted in improved access to education for children with disabilities. Josh launched the project in one school where disability-accessible infrastructure was added and it has since grown to 3 schools impacting the lives of over 2,000 children. Following the successful project in Uganda, Josh moved to India where he managed a micro-finance program targeting female entrepreneurs as well as an agricultural economic development program for rural farmers suffering from drought. In 2016, Josh was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Levy Realty Advisors Inc., his family’s real estate firm which has a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties in South Florida.
